眠り姫
It was neither a spell nor hex nor curse
Sleeping Beauty longed to ride a hearse
For most of her life she had worn a frown
And she was tired of always feeling down
So she took the pills her doctor prescribed
He said take one, not two, nor three or five
But his advice was something she didn’t keep
As she doomed herself to an eternal sleep
魔法でもなければまじないでもなく呪いでもありません
眠り姫は霊柩車に乗りたかっただけです
彼女は自分の人生ほとんどをしかめっ面をしてすごしていました
そして落ち込みっぱなしの人生に疲れていました
だからお医者さんに薬を出してもらいました
お医者さんは言いました『たくさん飲んじゃ
いけないよ、一粒だけにするんだよ』って
でも眠り姫は彼が言ったことなんて聞きませんでした
だから彼女は永遠の眠りにつくはめになってしまいました
